  • Agree that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Acknowledge that prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

6. Limitation of Liability

Junix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Junix in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that harm Junix or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Junix is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
